Due to the nature of grooming, we are unable to stop to answer the phone during the day, so we set appointments via text (please allow 24 hours for a reply). There is an option to leave a phone message (allow 48 hours) and if you rather a call, we would be happy to do so, just let us know if that’s your preference.
Services can take three or four hours depending on how busy we are and how your pup responds to the service. We always aim for less and usually, it takes around 2.5 hours. Pups are NOT left in kennels.
All prices are based on breed’s coat, weight and behavior at the time of service.
The prices below are a starting range and may vary depending on the condition of your pet’s coat (extent of matting) and behavior at the time of service.
Doodles, Specialty Cuts, and Dematting Services are subject to an additional fee.
XXL dogs (such as, but not limited to, Bernese Mountain dogs, Great Pyrenees, and Rottweiler) are subject to additional fees.
We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of being contacted to pick up your pet. There is an hourly extra care late fee of $12.
