Grooming Services

Our hours vary by the day of the week. We work by appointments only, but don’t let that stop you from stopping in to say hi (and you might even get lucky with an open appointment)!!!

Due to the nature of grooming, we are unable to stop to answer the phone during the day, so we set appointments via text (please allow 24 hours for a reply). There is an option to leave a phone message and if you rather a call, we would be happy to do so, just let us know if that’s your preference.

We ask that you share your pet’s history with us so we can book the best appointment for your pup. We work with all families to come up with an individual plan for each pet.

Services can take three or four hours depending on how busy we are and how your pup responds to the service. We always aim for less and usually it takes around 2.5 hours.

Pups are NOT kept in kennels waiting.

We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of being contacted to pick up your pet. If that is not possible, please let us know in advance so we can make adjustments.

There is an hourly late fee of $30.

Fees for dogs picked up AFTER CLOSE are subject to discretion of management
